Who are we?

Joseph Brinson
Co-Founder & President
Joe is a 20 year veteran of video and technical production having served in staff positions for WebMD & The Wall Street Journal before forming PMGR with partner Zach Spira-Bauer. Joe holds a B.A. in Information Technology/Networking from Mount Saint Mary College and an M.A. in Television/Radio/Film from the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
Zachary Spira-Bauer
Co-Founder, Creative Director
A graduate of The School of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University, Zach is an Emmy award winning camera operator and visual specialist having spent numerous years working with teams at HBO, ESPN, National Geographic, Food Network and many more. Able to operate any piece of video equipment placed in front of him, Zach is truly a jack of all trades both in-person and within our virtual studio.

Michael Galligan
Post Production
Michael Galligan is a video editor, playwright, actor, and teaching artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Michael's work has been developed and performed at Irondale Center, The Deep End, 59E59 Theater, Upper Jay Art Center, The Hollows, and ZOO at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Michael holds a B.F.A in Acting/Drama from New York University.


Doug Yoel
Technical Director / Audio Lead
Doug Yoel is an Award winning, Grammy Nominated Producer/Engineer/TD with extensive audio and video experience in live show, corporate event, broadcast and studio settings. A musician at heart, Doug brings his extensive experience in audio production to every show he TD's.

Jeff Bush
Production Manager
Jeff Bush has more than 30 years experience in video production, most notably serving as Director of Photography with The Wall Street Journal in New York, where he was their go-to lead for live events and domestic, and international location projects. Jeff is Texas based, NYC trained and travel ready.
