Joseph Brinson

Joe is a 20 year veteran of video and technical production having served in staff positions for WebMD & The Wall Street Journal before forming PMGR with partner Zach Spira-Bauer. Joe holds a B.A. in Information Technology/Networking from Mount Saint Mary College and an M.A. in Television/Radio/Film from the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University.

Zachary Spira-Bauer

Co-Founder, Creative Director

A graduate of The School of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University, Zach is an Emmy award winning camera operator and visual specialist having spent numerous years working with teams at HBO, ESPN, National Geographic, Food Network and many more. Able to operate any piece of video equipment placed in front of him, Zach is truly a jack of all trades both in-person and within our virtual studio.

Ben Youngerman

Director of Photography

Ben is a multi-talented production professional. As a director and cinematographer, he has led the creative direction for a wide variety of in-person productions. A graduate of Wesleyan University, Ben brings 15 years of experience to his work.

Michael Galligan

Post Production

Michael Galligan is a video editor, playwright, actor, and teaching artist based in Brooklyn, NY. Michael's work has been developed and performed at Irondale Center, The Deep End, 59E59 Theater, Upper Jay Art Center, The Hollows, and ZOO at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Michael holds a B.F.A in Acting/Drama from New York University.

Ann-Sophie 

Photographer

Ann-Sophie arrived in New York City from Denmark 20 years ago, drawn by her passion for photography. She studied at the International Center of Photography (ICP), where she honed her craft before assisting some of the industry’s top photographers in advertising and portrait photography.

With a sharp eye for detail and a personable yet professional approach, Ann-Sophie has attracted major clients like FX, Samsung, Citibank, and RCA. Her sleek, striking portraits and high-end event coverage have clients return to her time and again for her ability to bring an elevated, artful perspective to the often formulaic world of corporate photography. 

Growing up as the daughter of a designer, she developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics and composition, which shines through in her work. Whether capturing a bold executive portrait or the energy of a live event, Ann-Sophie delivers imagery that feels both refined and authentic.

Andrew Kelly

Photographer

Andrew has worked as a photographer in media at the highest level. Based in Manhattan and from Melbourne Australia, he arrived in New York City in 2010. Since then, he has worked on news assignments nationally and globally for Reuters, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, amongst just a few. His work has been awarded by Sony Pictures International, the National Press Photographers Association and the New York Press Photographers Association. He has created corporate imagery for a swathe of fortune 500 companies as well as NGOs and governments. Bringing a story tellers approach to his work, Andrew’s clients come back to him again and again for images that are dynamic and have a “wire photography” look that catches the eye while representing the brand.
